Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Director AFIG East to
promote sales of investment products and coach advisors in
achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and evaluate sales objectives and profitability for
financial institution partners
Maintain and expand the region by developing assigned advisors and
building rapport with partners
Provide compliance oversight and participate in educational
opportunities while promoting asset generation
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in recruitment, training, marketing/sales,
and financial planning
Active FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 & 65 or S66 licenses
Ability to obtain and maintain registrations for broker/dealer
operations oversight
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience managing the performance of others and leading teams
