Job Description:

The Clinical Nurse II is responsible for providing compassionate care to patients and creating a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues. They also contribute to the development of patient care plans and collaborate with the nursing team.

Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and procedures in compliance with company policy and regulations.
Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in patient management decisions.
Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
Direct and guide ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards. This position may require access to sensitive information, and the workforce member is expected to ensure the protection of such information.
