Rehabilitation Physical Therapist The Rehabilitation Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, devising treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to aid in healing and improving functionality. The ideal candidate will maintain patient confidentiality, create a positive and encouraging environment, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient success. • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctorate preferred
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the practicing state
• CPR License
• Experience with EMR software preferred Responsibilities:
