Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional end-to-end service for customers and partners,
addressing pharmacy issues
Communicate proactively and diligently with customers and partners
via multiple channels
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Located in New York or New Jersey, or willing to obtain New Jersey
Technician Registration
1+ years of prior pharmacy experience, preferably in retail
pharmacy
Proficient with computer applications and able to learn new
systems
Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and
evenings
Access to a reliable computer with audio/video capabilities and
high-speed internet
