Responsibilities:Greet guests in a friendly and professional
mannerAnswer phones and respond to guest inquiries or
requestsProvide information about hotel services, amenities, and
local attractionsProcess payments and handle cash, credit, and
debit cardManage the operations of the front desk including check
in and check outAssist guests with reservationsManage guest
complaints and resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain a clean
and organized front desk areaComplete daily reports and balance
