Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of On Site Retail to join their
team at Three Ten Merch.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for
On Site retail activations
Optimize business operations in partnership with the merchant and
product teams to support retail growth
Stay informed on industry trends and make strategic recommendations
for new revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, with at
least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and
reporting
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and
proficiency in financial software applications
Demonstrated strategic thinking skills and ability to assess market
trends
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and
collaborate across the organization
