Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engine Programmer to join their
Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and update core systems of the game engine
Collaborate with artists, designers, and other engineers to gather
requirements and iterate on features
Monitor, identify, and troubleshoot issues to improve development
team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Experience developing a game engine (work, school, or personal
project)
2+ years of technical engineering experience with C or C++
3 to 5+ years of experience in game development or similar 3D media
using C++ (preferred)
Have a pet engine project or game with public code (preferred)
Interest in working with a custom game engine over a big engine
