Job Description:

A company is looking for a ServiceNow SME (CMDB Expert) with extensive experience in configuration management database (CMDB) and the CSDM Framework.

Key Responsibilities

Review CMDB Health Dashboard and resolve data gaps and duplicates
Collaborate with application SMEs on service mapping questionnaires
Troubleshoot VMware discovery jobs and assist in minor CMDB customizations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow (CMDB) SME
Strong knowledge of the CSDM Framework
Experience with CMDB health review and configuration management
Familiarity with VMware discovery processes
Healthcare experience is a plus
