Job Overview - Client Service Representative (Hybrid):Become part of our client's Boston, MA team as a Client Service Representative. In this temporary role, you will manage assigned client relationships with a focus on fund accounting, administration, and custody, ensuring proactive solutions and high client satisfaction.Compensation: $24/hourLocation: Boston, MASchedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Responsibilities as the Client Service Representative:

  • Client Management: Address and resolve day-to-day client inquiries, escalating issues when needed.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and meet deliverables.
  • Communication: Keep clients updated on inquiry statuses and share insights on trends to improve processes.
  • Reporting: Execute reviews of client reporting and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Training: Conduct client training sessions to teach them how to utilize internal systems and reduce manual intervention.Qualifications for the Client Service Representative:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Client Service or a related Financial Services role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technology: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
