Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for a Federal and Military Sales Manager with a premier provider of photo, video, pro audio, and digital imaging equipment.

Position Details:
--- Title: Federal and Military Sales Manager
--- Location: New York, NY
--- Shift: Monday - Friday 9A - 5P, some non-traditional hours may be for travel or trade
--- Compensation: $150k base salary plus bonus structure

Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager will be to interface with, and support established customers, as well as seek out and develop new business, particularly in the military market. You will establish and maintain successful business relationships with military and federal government professionals to grow sales by effectively communicating the approved product information and using available resources.

Requirements:
--- Ability to network and develop business, overall professional demeanor
--- Knowledge and understanding of the government procurement process
--- Valid Driver's License, able to gain and maintain access to military installations
--- Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not required
--- Military Officers, especially those with logistics and contracting backgrounds, ideally suited
